Visits by appointment only

Patients are seen in clinic Monday through Friday from 10-5pm. A small number of same day appointments are kept free for URGENT MEDICAL requests. 


For registered patients, we request you call the office for any medical concerns and refrain from use of walk-in clinics.


Phones are answered 9-5pm M-F and Saturday from 10am-2pm. 


PATIENTS SHOULD NOT REQUEST URGENT APPOINTMENTS FOR NON-URGENT OR NON-MEDICAL MATTERS.

CALL THE OFFICE DIRECTLY FOR ANY URGENT APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

DO NOT SEND MESSAGES FOR YOUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN VIA THIS CONTACT FORM. PATIENTS SHOULD BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS ANY MEDICAL CONCERNS. MESSAGES SENT HERE ARE ANSWERED BY RECEPTION STAFF ONLY **call the office directly to book urgent appointments**
